The Bring to Front and Send to Back commands appear in the Context menu when you right-click (windows) or Ctrl-click (Mac) on a layered object.

Choose these commands to move the designated layered object in front of other layered objects or behind other layered objects.

In addition to moving a layered object in front of or behind other objects, you can also set its opacity, to determine whether other objects can be seen through it.
